Hot Yoga is a dynamic class practiced in a heated room designed to deepen flexibility, increase circulation, and release built-up toxins through sweat. The warmth helps muscles open safely while guiding you through powerful poses that strengthen the body, calm the mind, and leave you feeling energized and renewed.

Don't forget to bring a towel and water! We are excited to have you! Important Things to keep note of: - Our studio classes are at a First Come, First Serve basis - If you are late, be aware that you may lose your spot unless we are notified. - Please do not reply to our email confirmation emails as they are automated. - You may cancel, reschedule, and add reminders to your calendar thru the automated reminders for your convenience. - If you are to cancel your class, you must do so within a 24 hour notice of your scheduled class. - Cancellations made after the 24 hour notice period are subject to our cancellation fee of $10 For directions to our studios, concerns, or questions regarding your class or attendance, please contact us at (671) 472-YOGA (9642).
