Do you require a membership?

No, you do not have to purchase a membership. You can stop on by as a 'Drop In' for a class (subject to availability).
Do you have CONTRACT and MONTH-TO-MONTH Memberships?

Yes! We offer both contract and month-to-month memberships!
I have a membership and need to cancel earlier than anticipated. What is the cancellation fee?

We are sad to see you leave. Please call or visit Synergy I for more details.
What does a membership allow me to do?

Gym Membership allows you: - Access to Open Gym (during operation hours) - Fitness classes on & off site - Discounts to Wellness services.
Do all memberships allow me access to ALL classes?

Yes, however the Pilates Reformer classes are an additional rate. With a Synergy Membership 12-month membership, you avail of a discount rate.
Is there a trial period available before I sign up for an annual membership?

What happens if I book a class, but I am unable to make it?

You must cancel within 24-hours before the class to not be assessed a cancellation fee.
How many classes can I book at one time?

You can book classes for the whole month.
I'd like to make changes to a class booking, what do I do?

Go into the class scheduling tool and then go to the class that you booked. From there, you can make the changes you need for the class.
I'd like to schedule a private session? How can I do this?
