Vinyasa Flow - Translated to "flow", this yoga practice links breath to each movement & transition throughout the yoga sequences.

Don't forget to bring a towel and water! We are excited to have you! This class will be located at Synergy Studio II, located near Asiga at East Hagatña Important Things to keep note of: - Our studio classes are at a First Come, First Serve basis - If you are late, be aware that you may lose your spot unless we are notified. - Please do not reply to our email confirmation emails as they are automated. - You may cancel, reschedule, and add reminders to your calendar thru the automated reminders for your convenience. - If you are to cancel your class, you must do so within a 24 hour notice of your scheduled class. - Cancellations made after the 24 hour notice period are subject to our cancellation fee of $10 For directions to our studios, concerns, or questions regarding your class or attendance, please contact us at (671) 472-YOGA (9642).
