Revenge Body by Synergy Studios is an intermediate-to-advanced Pilates Reformer class designed to push your limits. This high-energy session combines reformer exercises with weights for strength and Toning, plus bursts of cardio to enhance cardiovascular endurance. You’ll experience a total-body workout that lengthens, strengthens, and tones muscles, leaving you feeling powerful and balanced. Prior experience is required—participants must have completed at least 10 reformer classes. Build strength, improve posture, and unleash your inner confidence with this transformative class. Rate: $20 Members, $30 Non Members

Don't forget to bring a towel and water! We are excited to have you! Important Things to keep note of: - Our studio classes are at a First Come, First Serve basis - If you are late, be aware that you may lose your spot unless we are notified. - Please do not reply to our email confirmation emails as they are automated. - You may cancel, reschedule, and add reminders to your calendar thru the automated reminders for your convenience. - If you are to cancel your class, you must do so within a 24 hour notice of your scheduled class. - Cancellations made after the 24 hour notice period are subject to our cancellation fee of $10 For directions to our studios, concerns, or questions regarding your class or attendance, please contact us at (671) 472-YOGA (9642). CONSENT and WAIVER LIABILITY – Synergy classes can be physically intensive, and I voluntarily assume the risk inherent in my participation, including the risk of injury, accident, death, or loss of or damage to personal property. By attending a class, I release and indemnify Synergy Studios, its agents, and employees, from all liability, cost, or damage I may incur while participating in physical exercise in classes. I assume responsibility to update Synergy Studios of any physical or medical limitations and acknowledge that I should have consulted with a physician and be cleared to engage in physical exercise. I grant permission and assign to Synergy Studios, its agents, and assigns, to use your photo or video image and likeness for the purpose of promotion, publicity, and marketing, in print, photographs, video, audio, website, social media, and advertisements. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. I further acknowledge that I will not be compensated for these images, and that these images may be used for a variety of purposes and that these images may be shared with other organizations, media outlets, and electronic formats. I hereby release Synergy Studios, its agents, and assigns from any and all claims that may arise from the use of these images, including without limitation claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights or publicity or copyright.
