Service Description

AquaSynerDance class: Best described as a "dance party" in the pool! This is a low - to high intensity aqua fitness class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance , and muscular strength while having fun in the water without impacting the joints. This class will be located at Hilton Hotel! Please ask Front Desk for directions!

Cancellation Policy

Important Things to keep note of: - Our studio classes are at a First Come, First Serve basis - If you are late, be aware that you may lose your spot unless we are notified. - Please do not reply to our email confirmation emails as they are automated. - You may cancel, reschedule, and add reminders to your calendar thru the automated reminders for your convenience. - If you are to cancel your class, you must do so within a 24 hour notice of your scheduled class. - Cancellations made after the 24 hour notice period are subject to our cancellation fee of $10 For directions to our studios, concerns, or questions regarding your class or attendance, please contact us at (671) 472-YOGA (9642).
