Service Description
Sauna Asana is a 75min Yoga practice that helps enhance flexibility & mobility, improves circulation & cardiovascular support, detoxification through intentional sweat, improves muscle recovery & reduces tightness, strengthens mind-body awareness, mental clarity & stress reduction. This class also incorporates pranayama and chakra toning.

Important Things to keep note of: - Our studio classes are at a First Come, First Serve basis - If you are late, be aware that you may lose your spot unless we are notified. - Please do not reply to our email confirmation emails as they are automated. - You may cancel, reschedule, and add reminders to your calendar thru the automated reminders for your convenience. - If you are to cancel your class, you must do so within a 24 hour notice of your scheduled class. - Cancellations made after the 24 hour notice period are subject to our cancellation fee of $10 For directions to our studios, concerns, or questions regarding your class or attendance, please contact us at (671) 472-YOGA (9642).
