In the summer of 2004, Synergy Studio began to serve food for the mind, body, and spirit. As with all things in life, Synergy is constantly growing and changing; hence, our smoothie bar and schedule of classes are updated monthly with healing workshops offered throughout the year. We trust that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only transformed. With the intention for optimum wellness, it is this transformation of energy that we encourage through our services.
